Yeah... this was hard at first, but it's not so bad once you figure out what to do... and get the womans staff! Take the book and kill the dude that keeps following you. DO NOT just bolt. Kill them. There are only three or so in there if you wait long enough for everyone to leave. take your stuff back, and then take the staff from the woman who had you make the sacrifice. that thing is powerful as hell! You can take out one of those guys with two shots from it. if you get 4 on you at once, just blast them. The staff has like 23 shots, so it should last through half of the place. the rest is easy. I had this weird issue where there were two guys that would attack me, then as they got low on health, they would run like hell. very anoying. I got them at the very end. well, good luck

no edogg im lvl 7 and i did it, u have to think smart well trying to get out, let me explain, wait till everyone leaves, the lady with the lesser staff of thunder or whatever will come back and be right behide you then slice her open then get thestaff and kill everyone around and get the book and run, now listen carfully this is really tricky, when u go into a new area go slowly and sneak so u will one at a time so u can beat some butt, then u can heal, u will find burden dagger that will work for 15 seconds so do this over and follow the map marker, and u will get out. mike on the left wall they should be a lever push it and you will be near the exit. anymore questions feel free to ask i did this as a lvl 7 30 mintues ago

There is a note on a desk describing a path to somewhere. If i remember it right; walk north for an hour or so, there you will find some dead trees. Follow the water to the northeast and you will find the place. Look out for bears. There isn't any dead trees or water to the north of this cave. Anyone knows what if this is a clue or useless information?

You don't need any keys! At the end of the level there is a big stone blocking your only exit. CLose to the stone there is a lever that lowers it, so you can get the hell out of there!

Best way to do this is play along with the first guard, then, when Hollow asks for your stuff, say "no". He'll give you a second chance. Respond with the comment about not being here to join the order. He'll get mad, so just slay him quickly, before he has time to summon armor and a weapon. Easy enough. You can then proceed to pick off most of the surrounding area one by one, depending on you lvl. After wandering around enough, you should be able to find your way out. No keys are actually required here. You move a lever and a boulder opens up to the front room.

hey lads i have a really cool way to get out of there if u are a real fighter. before u talk to harrow drop al ur stuff. then talk to harrow. pick ur stuff and put ur armor or whatever on. then when the lad with the amulet of kings is finished and u sacrifised the argonian slay harrow quickly. then slay all of the mythic dawn lads. its really fun.

If you free the argonian and make sure he gets out alive he'll tell you to meet him back in the temple of the one and when you get there he raises some of your skills. It can be a bit hard to keep up with him though.

Your health is decreasing because the book is evil. Martin will be terrified later that you carried it. I didn't follow through with this quest till I was at lvl 15, so I didn't even notice it. But I'm sure if you are having Health problems, it's because you are weak/pure. My game glitched with the second welcome priest, so I just refused to give him my stuff to keep it from happening. It's much easier this way. You're going to have to do it anyway. When you are watching the ceremony from the shadows, sneak to you left and up the other stairs, and you won't have to fight 15 guys at once. Wait for them to clear the room, and then attack the three remaining. Grab the book and release the prisoner. (Keeping an eye on his running gives you an idea of where your enemies are) I highly suggest killing everyone one by one. Half of them will flee before you kill them, so you don't have to take them ALL on at once. But I was able to get a powerful staff of Storms from one of them. Head quickly back out to Martin and give him the book.

I went in to the cave and started killing everyone... I watched some of the ceremony from a distance and hit Mankar Camoran and his daughter with a low level AOE Fire spell because I am a warrior and dont have much magic, but I wanted to start a battle at the top of the cave. I picked off the followers one at a time and after clearing the whole cave I went back through to see if I left any goodies behind.... Mankar Camoran was still on the stage, I tried to talk to him and pickpocket his staff but was unable to. I started a fight and killed him, took his loot and was immediately taken back to the Cloud Ruler Temple as if I had gone to the Paradise. Martin immediately started following me and requested that we go to the temple of the One. Has this happened to anyone else? I seem to have hit a game glitch somewhere.

u can join the mythic dawn ---------- once u are doing the dagon shrine quest just follow the noral steps and once u are listening to cameron talk and enter paradise talk to the girl on the platform where he stood and she will tell u to kill the sacrifice agree and once the sacrfice is dead talk to her again do not pick up the book at all if following this once the conversation is over look at ur factions in the journal and it should say u r a mythic dawn acotyle but what sucks is u cannot do any qests or anything like that but u can talk to other mythic dawn members about any subject about the group and mehrunes dagon and cameran.

ok I did all of the above steps, I got the key from the guy who took my stuff..only problem i cannot open the chest in the store room because I have no key for it...all of my stuff is in there. How do I get it back?

ive been doing this quest for about 2 days now and what i cannot figure out is after you take the book and kill the guy to get your stuff back and pretty much kill eveyone when i run to the certain part where the gate is it says i need a key to get past it, also when i go a different way there is a big rock in the way and it says i can activate it but i cant...so i am very confused, someone please help me figure this out

i don't like mass effect achievements. they should be like oblivion since mass effect has more on gameplay than quests achievements. oblivion has quest achievements which is a good thing because it's an rpg, not based on so many gameplay shitty ass achievements.
