When in the nerw safehouse, shoot the window using free aim. Then target thr warehouse trucks and then also kill off the guards. Then, go to the safehouse and get the money.

The mission states that you should not kill innocent people in the house, so it's best to do it without killing the buttler and the maid. Just wait behind the kitchen cabinets on the left for the buttler to leave, then take out the guard. Same for the maid, wait till she's done talking to the guard, sneak up behind the guard as he is walking away from you and kill him. The maid will not notice you if you crouch and stay behind the wall that is on your left.
