Oddly enough, this never happened to me. Maybe because I'm playing on easy? I don't think it's because it's the PS3 version, because from what I hear, all versions are virtually the same out of the box. Not that I'm complaining, but I just wondered if anyone else had this happen to them as well? I simply left the ruin, went back to town, delivered the tablet, and that was it (Another oddity was that even though the guide says Claude is also with you in the final mission, I never saw him again after we met in the bar. :\)

I seriously don't know why it bores me, or possibly I'm getting bored with video games. After I buy GTA IV and Saints Row 2 and beat them, I'm never buying a single video game ever again, I'm not going to buy a PS3 either now.

To UnKn0wN: Really though, of all the times to become bored with video games, this really shouldn't be it. Next gen consoles are starting to re-invent gaming (and if you don't believe that, just take a look at the Wii and/or PS3's unique controller designs and both systems' abilities to download past games from their library, not to mention really indepth and vast games like Elder Scrolls are now capable of being run on a home game console). Maybe you should at least invest in one last generation of consoles, because the possibilities within them haven't even begun to be realized fully. I was getting bored with games to, but now that I have my PS3, games like Assasin's Creed, Oblivion and pretty soon the upcoming Metal Gear and Final Fantasy games for the system have me excited to play games. Games are, well, "fun" again, at least for me. I guess I'm just saying that since we are on the verge of this new era in games, in which the variety and possibilities are bigger than ever, you may want to give it one more go. I dunno, though, just wanting to possibly save a gamer from falling off the wagon.

Eh, I don't want to play video games anymore. I don't really care if any games are coming out anymore, it's getting boring, GTA IV and Saints Row 2 is all the 360 have left and there's no way I'm not buying a PS3. Video Games are going to bore me to death now because: $60 bucks for just one single game?! No way! That's totally over-priced. A PS3 costs $600 bucks?!! WTF, a console shouldn't cost too much money and that is wayy over-priced for a console. Last, why pay for online service like Xbox Live, World of Warcraft and all that? I'm never playing video games ever again.

Okay, UnKn0wN, but PS3 is $400 now . . . that's why I went ahead and bought it, because I was tempted to get a 360 because of the cheaper price, but once PS3 came down, I went straight for that, and I am so glad that I did. But hey, it's obviousely your life, and you know what is best for you, so hopefully you will find something else less boring to pass the time than video games, like maybe . . . y'know, movies that have the same exact story and outcome every time you watch them, or books in which you can obviousely imagine things differently, but still the story is the same no matter how many times you read them. Video games are the only medium that truly feel interactive and engaging to me personally, and I for one can't wait for the exciting future that they are headed in now, where they become even more non-linear and open-ended. Hell, if all I played were shoot-em-up destruction games like your GTA and Saints Row games and owned a system like the 360 whoes core fans are sports gamers and Halo-heads only, I could see why I would feel bored, but the truth is that there is so much more variety out there in gamer land that you seem to be either missing or just avoiding. Don't get me wrong, I am not trying to flame you or say that my system is better than yours, all I am doing is making sure you realize how much you seem to be missing out on by owning a generally one-minded gaming platform. Lol, sorry, not wanting to start any fights or anything, that's all I'll say on the matter. Have a good one just the same, whether or not you remain a fellow gamer or not, I still hope you find something that bores you less. Later.

Eh, PS2 has better the best Grand Theft Auto than any versions. Nothing bores me more than video games, except school, hell, all I do for not being bored at school is talk to my friends. Watching your social studies teacher talking about history is as boring as your english teacher talking about inferencing and you getting a E on it. Yes, I got an E (60%) because the test was gay and boring.

You can find lockpicks at almost every general store, various thieves guild fences, Dark Brotherhood merchants, LOTS of chests, crates etc... oh and if you have the shivering isles expansion pack, gummites have 1-4 on almost all of them.

Just follow the arrow until you get him. If it goes red, he's somewhere else, either a building or another district. If green, he's in your area.

On the question of finding Lockpicks, .....why bother trying to find them? If you complete the Daedric Quest "Nocturnal" you get a skeleton key that never breaks and makes lockpicking a cinch. Whenever I start a new character, as soon as I'm level ten (required), I go to ths shrine and complete the easy quest. All it involves is sneaking and eavesdropping a conversation, where you will hear you need to go Tidewater Cave. There are only a few trolls to kill, and you have the eye of nocturnal which in turn once you return it, gets you the skeleton key..

No brainer in my opinion, lockpicking sucks.

The easier way is to get two or more of the same type of scolls. Double click them at least twice then drop a single lockpick, or whatever you're dropping to multiply. It should make the same number of lockpicks as the number of scrolls. Like if you have 50 of the same scrolls, double click them in your inventory then drop something. It should make 50 copies of that item drop.

I am trying to do the nothing you can possess quest the guide says When you leave Umbacano’s mansion, you’ll be approached by Claude Maric, who turns out to be the elf’s bounty hunter just like you. He’ll invite you to Tiber Septim Hotel for a drink. Follow him and ask about The High Fane. He’ll tell you to read the book called “Cleansing of the Fane”. You can find it in The First Edition in Market District. You can just as well raise Maric’s disposition and he’ll tell you that the place you’re looking for is Malada.
