to asshole- you have to go to the count's arms and speak to him, after that you must FOLLOW him to the mansion. to lvl 20- the price may vary depending on your fame/infamy and your personallity, maybe marcantile too. to ffs- if signy is assaulting you it is because you attacked her or came off causing illegalties, if this happens then hold up your shield and talk to her (in other words, "yield") and, considering she's a gaurd, she will accept your apology. to ???- The max level in the game is around 48 to 53, the only way to surpass that is by attending jail time to lower your majors and then reraising them for doing this did not ever lower your stats back (a glitch in other words) to hiker- I dont see why your so thrilled about fin gleam, crappy helm nonetheless, besides i have the Helmet of The Flood, deadric helm with water breathing (loot drop) and inquistor's gauntlets, deadric gauntlets with detect life 120 feet away (loot drop), if you are level 48, then i cannot see why these drops are so amazing to you. I have all of my deadric armor enchanted, a mundane ring, ring of eidolon's edge, serpents necklace (made it--water walking ability), and an Umbra, all of my armors affects are pretty damn good, and take note, i have several sets of fantastic armor, i cant see why you are amazed by some items, surely you have grand things of your own? Either that or you are lying. P.S.- I'm level 36, no complaining.

too make this clear, ill follow up the steps of the quest.The quest is first started by rumors and chat, once revieved make your way to the count's arms. Their you will meat a man by the name of V-something Berinus(futurely reffered to as Berinus)If you are to talk to Berinus, he will talk about his superior mansion and how it is up for grabs at an undeniable price, 5k! Once buying the house you recieve an update about exploring your future home, make your way to berinus manor to discover the implorable damage, yet, convinced enough, a little remodling was all that was required to fix it up, good as new! But, for now, you should make your way to the third floor and rest in the bed. Although, instead of enjoying a nap of any due time, your sleep is interrupted by a spawn of ghosts! Immediately you obtain a quest update explaining how the mansion must be cursed and where the damage came from! Kill all of the ghosts (lots of health, fairly weak) and make your way to the first floor to discrover a note and a skeletol hand found in tipped pottery. Instead of fighting the newly respawned ghosts, make your way to the exit into a world of sunshine yet again. Your first guess is to reconfront Berinus, thinking that he must of known about the curse if selling such a larg amount of land for such a minimal price! Talk to a nearby gaurd to learn that you should go back to the Count's Arms and Talk to Walber (whatever his name is, the shop owner), once interrogated, you learn that Berinus is residing in the Imperial City! Once in town, talk to a few citizens to learn that Berinus is resting within the King's and Queen's Tavern (as if any property besides the Waterfront hubble could've been purchased with 5k). Once inside, speak to Berinus, who instead of being in suspected shock, was smiling! He even had the balls to ask what you are doing there, aside from that, he chuckled of his greed and released discomfort and guilt about how it was mostly his fault in an aspect to end all family ties. He tells you to meet him in the Anvil's Count's Arms. Once Inside, your icon may be a bit off, but searh around till you come across him. He asks you if you are ready, once you agree he tells you to follow him, even though he may be slow, do as told, let him enter first before you. Once inside fight off the hordes of ghosts (take note though, Berinus will not help you and if you are to assault him just once, you must immediately yield). Make your way to the basement, and, yet again, fight off the ghosts. Finally you should make it to the lowest level of the basment containing a strange marking on the wall only activatible by family blood. Once approached, Berinus will run off to activate it, so use caution and fight off the ghosts, avoiding berinus. Once the secret passage is activated, Berinus will rune off unlike the speed he was moving at to get there. Neglecting him, make your way inside the foggy depths to find Berinus' Grandfather, activate the stone slab, not him, and a ghoslty spirt of his former self will shout out to you, talking of wishes for peace and in order for this to occur, he needs his left hand back. Take note not to trust that of necromancy, so go back upstairs and go back to where you had retrieved the note to find a hand slightly slid out of the pottery. Make your way back and activate the skeleton this time. Once doing so the hand will be autimatically reattached and he will shout out maniacally as his body sets aflame and is released into a lich-like beast! After vanquishing him, the curse shall be lifted, go back upstairs and you will notice, everything better! LIghts on, tabel uncrushed, no spooks. Once realizing this you will obtain a quest update telling you to go back to the Count's Arms (I'm sick of saying that) and to speak to Berinus (the alive one), once talking to him, he will tell you that he ran off in fear but is overjoyed that he has a clear conscience and you are now the proud owner of Berinus Manor!!! QUEST COMPLETE

You idiot, u can only reach a maximum level of 30-45 (depending on ur character class), and besides that, there are only 16 plains of oblivion, jesus, so next time u try and lie, and then try to get away with it, at least get ur facts straight, because i can tell ur probably some dumb little kid trying tobrag about something u know nothing about.





ALso, to duplicate almost any item, get 2 of any one scroll, click on it (as if u were going to use it) twice, then, drop the item u wish to duplicate, BUT, it can only be one item, if u try it on 2 arrows, it will not work, and , it must not be broken, and has to be full on charges.

I think its u thats an bragging idiot, u doesnt seem to know alot about oblivion so dont act like u do.

If u go to jail and lower ur skills and then lvl them up again u can reach at least lvl 200 (think 246 was the highest, not sure)

And there r 16 daedra princes with one plane each but that doesnt mean that there r only 16 oblivion gates.

i closed 25-30 gates before finishing mainquest and there were still many left.

BUT u seem to have made a good character choice (i also have a high elf apprentice ;) but i kinda regret apprentice, should have taken mage instead

I know, but both the high elf magic weakness (only 25 %) and apprentice (100% weakness and 100 extra magicka) is kinda too much.

Even though ive got alot of reflect magic, resist magic, etc. so mage 50 extra and no weakness... should have taken it :P

Nvm about the title, After you kill the girls in the quest, there is supposed to be two guards that come in afterwards (The two who gave you the quest) and after talking to them and ending the quest you get a reward and such, then you can leave the house. The girls you killed should have a key on them that you can use to pillage their basement and such.

Do some quests, join guilds, raid dungeons, sell any extra items you come across (unless they are stronger than your own). Or you could fight in the arena for some pretty good gold. Try to level up whenever possible since rewards and gold values will be higher.

Ok, quick question, on the quest "The Ghost Ship of Anvil" I came accross a note, next to one of the dead bodies it reads:



"Go to the end of the street.

Turn left.

Take the next right.

If you see the house with the fallen roof, you've gone too far.

Be sure to have the money."



So, i'm just wondering, could another quest branch off that or something?

To get money fast talk to the lady at whitmond farm just north of anvil gates. She says to find her husband, he is at fort strand. there is about 8 people to kill in there all wearing very good armor and weapons. Unload your heavy things (so you can carry more items to sell) and quick travel back to anvil to sell your stuff. Took me about 6 trips to sell it all but I got over 6000 for all of it. I still kept the good stuff too.



I wasn't able to finish her quest because for some reason when I picked up the Rockshatter it gave me two of them. So now I cant tell her anymore about the quest. SUCKS. This is the second quest so far that this has happened to me.

Here's some stuff that'll help with the, "Where Spirits Have Lease" quest. When you hear the crash, the fallen vase will contain every item you need to finnish this quest. The skeletal hand and the page from the diary. I got the hand but I completely forgot about the scrap of paper which got me stuck pretty bad. Velvyn won't come back to the manor without it. Another thing is, make sure you kill the necromancer in the general area you want his body to be, because I've lived in this house for some time now and it's not going away >:( Anvil is such an awesome place too. this quest is totally worth it. Especially after Hyronimus Lex is transfered to Anvil from the Thieves Guild quest. You can kinda joke him about it xD

READ THIS ITS THE BEST MONEY GLITCH EVER!!!!!!!!!

1. go to the Imperial City Plaza District

2: walk until you get to the first house on the right (dorians house)

3: open the door to your right where you will find him and close it behind you

4: bribe him until your deposition is maxed to speed up the prosess (he sould now have someware around 500gp on him)

TIP: go to the options menu and lower the difficulty alot but not all the way,so now you can kill him in a hard blow

5: kill him as fast as you can dont let him yell or run. (Because then you will have to pay a boutny even if its 45 gold)

6: take his gold.........as much as you can (it never goes away, this making it an unlimmited stash of $$$$$$$$$$$)



Part two

1:lockpick your way into his basement ware you can find like 3+ more lockpicks

2: lockpick you way to his private quarters.

3: look to your lef when you enter his bed room. On the left you will find a jewlry box on top of some drawers. lockpick this (i an out of lockpicks so i couldnt see whats insode so plse tell me whats in side)

4: next to his bed there is a chest where you can lockpick it and idk whats in side (there may be a weapon considering that in every other place i looked in (witch is the whole house) there were no weapons........... hopefully there worth it

Oblivi-baby: He wont agree to help you until you show him the note that was in the broken jar which fell over in your living room (The room you first enter going in the house). It's also where you find the evil spirit's missing hand. After he reads the note he is guilted into helping you.
