well u might need to create a new character if u want to play dis mission cus the mission is available during the beginning of the oblivion crisis ( dagon shrine quest) once u have beaten the dagon shrine quest mission and not do the last mission this quest is available ----- to "begin" this quest - u must deliver the mysterium xarxes to martin to start this by the way anyway head to fort sutch near anvil - u will then see a imperial legion captain a soldier calls to him that there are too many daedra and the company must fall back --- but anyway if u can, speak to the captain before he runs off and listen to what he has to say ---------- basically all u have to do is help or not help but if u do help u just need to fight off sum daedra until they r all dead then speak to the captain and he will invite u to close the gate -- and there r 7 legions the captain ,3 swordsman and 3 marksman

to Boki2007 ------- if u speak to Sanguine and offer cyhrodillic brandy he will give u the spell Stark Reality and it can be found in the spell menu in ur journal u must use the spell on any 1 person at the party in the leyawiin castle make sure the countess is there use it on 1 person since it will affect everyone within the 300ft radius including urself using it makes every1 naked and have empty inventories but if it affects u ur stuff will all be located in the chest at sanquines shrine u have to make sure it affects every1 or u will fail the quest ----- my advice dont worry about it affecting u just wait until every1 is eating at the table or r close enough 4 the spell to affect every1 u get a staff called sanquines rose if u complete the quest if u use it on some1 it summons random daedra to attack that person maybe u too if u r close enough hope that was help

Maybe if this spell exist in my inventory by other name, but I don't believe that this is the case. I manage to make much more quests in the meanwile and I don't want to go back by loading the moment before giving the cyrilic brandy to Sanguine, because I will lost all the progress till now. dont worry about bothering me ill help u if u have any problems - but if u try talking to vile and it freezes it may be ur disc ----- but to duplicate ill tell u step by step pretty easy ------ 1. --- buy two scrolls of the same kind ex. (two flare spell scrolls) go into ur inventory and press the A button twice on the scrolls then drop an object u want to duplicate and u should have two of the objects good way to make money-- u can do this over and over on an object -------< did u get that correctly and this doesnt work on all of the objects but most of them

you can make black soul gems at some altars(dark fissure is one - left of Vaemoria's shrine) just wait 24hrs slots and one night there will be a light shining down. put some grand soul gems in the altar and cast soul trap on the altar(must be a spell) and then open it up and u hav a black soul gem. oh does anyone know what happened to my shadowmere? i cant find it anywhere stables or when i go to wilderness its not there. it had some good stuff on it

needhelp --- to do the dorian glitch correctly --- lower his disposition low enough that he tells u to leave his house kill him at this point then loot his body -=- while looting take all his clothing and everything but his gold , DONT DO LOOT ALL if u do it will not work,anyway exit the loot screen then reenter it by selecting the body again then go to the gold and take it dont do take all , once u select the gold to get it it wont go away and u should be able to do it again over and over this works best if u bribed him before doing this cus then he'll have more cash ------------ a way to do this over and over a easier way to do this and have it forever and do it anytime parlyze dorian with a paralyze spell and pickpocket him and then get the other items first besides the gold then exit the menu then reenter the pickpocket screen the try taking the gold .

also an easter egg--- in the chorral oblivion gate when u enter turn around and there is a toppled tower u can enter it by going into one of the hidden caves in this gate its along this passage behind u on ur left facing the toppled tower anyway its near some rocks and i n there is a pit of lava jump in facing the northeast direction keep going until u see a way u can get on best if u bring health potions or use cheats anyway in the flesh pod on the piece of land is a magical weapon and other lvled things its a boss lvl pod hard to get out of the hole unless u r a high skilled acrobatic-------to get in the tower u must continue thru the cave until u see a door that says something of hate or hatred and enter in there will be 2 dremora that r special dremora known as hate keepers kill them take their good loot and keys and enter the doors and continue 2 the last lvl u can reach from that portal that teleports u higher on that lvl r 2 pods with magic weapons ---- one a soul bow of hatred and 13 hatred arrows that soul trap 4 15 seconds the bow does fire damage i think in the other pod is a dremora mace called something of hatred that does fire damge and something else pretty cool stuf but hard to find

ok first u need a horse ,once u got the horse hop on it then fast travel to kvatch , the camp , in the camp speak to the orc merchant while on ur horse make sure u have a weapon equipped, better if it is worth a lot doing this with a valuable weapon means more coins anyway talk to her and go into the shop menu while in this menu sell the weapon u have equipped notice once u try to sell it a message will appear saying u cannot unequip this item , ignore it sell it again and look at how much cash u have each time u sell the weapon u wont lose it but will still get the money and u can do this over and over as many times u want make sure u r on the horse while talking to her or it wont work . this doesnt work with any other items counting arrows but will work for other weapons.... another way to become fast rich is to duplicate weapons or something valuable then sell the extra items 4 quick cash.

Having trouble getting black soul gems?



If you have done the Mages guild quests, and still have Falcars list of shrines around Cyrodiil, go to any of the places it mentions and when a Necromancer comes out (usually at night) and casts a spell on the altar, kill him and take the soul gem either from his body or from the altar.



Or, you can make your own at the same time as the necromancers, if you want. When the Necromancer has gone back inside, stick your grand soul gem inside and cast soul trap on the altar. Whe you open it, lo and behold, your very own black soul gem.



Sadly, you cannot use the ones from the "Cheydinhal Recommendation" quest as they are quest items and cannot leave your inventory. :)

The dark fissure is a commonly found necro site (Its part of a mage guild quest later on) The necros drop the black soul gems, or if they use the alter you can find them inside. I don't think there is a way to transform normal soul gems into black ones since they are completely different, but I'm gonna check to make sure. If you want to use a empty black soul gem, you must place the gem inside an alter at one of the sites and cast a soul trap spell on it.

The Umbra sword is badass. If you get it and leave the quest unfinished, you keep it and it stays weightless. Otherwise if you refuse to give away the sword, the quest completes and then you are carrying a 46 pound sword around. Never give it away to the god because like barbas says, its a bad bargin. You traded one of the most powerful swords in the game for a crummy helmet that just fortifies personality. Also the soul trap enchantment is very useful for filling up those gems. Even better for black soul gems.

I'm more of a theme-based gamer here, who likes to create characters and do only quests that that particular character would do.



Because of this, I want to do the Vaermina quest but not the Mages Guild one with this particular char, so I was wondering if it's possible for me to get my hands on a black soul gem without doing any of the mages guild quests. My char (Level 40+) also can't enchant because he's more of a warrior, though if he could learn it that'd be cool. hey dumky88: The skull of corruption makes a clone of anyone you cast it on, then makes them fight. useful for causing distractions or city riots. and yes, 100% chameleon doesn't let the enemy see you, so when you hit them, they pointlessly run in circles. if you want to go one step further, go for 120% chameleon, which means even YOU cant see you!

If your Haveing Trouble with the Hermaeous Mora quest the the Glitch happens where you cant capture thier souls Do this.

Save before you talk to the shrine. Then Go kill the 10 people if the Glitch happens Reload and It should work and the Glitch should Stop.

Well I rejected to hand over the sword and I finished all Deadric quests but after I rest no man shows up to tell me about the Hermaeous Mora shrine?!

I dealt with the problem on my own.

I just went to the shrine and talked with it.No man talked with me after my sleep but I got the quest there and completed it.Of course I received the book and it's one of the best deadric quest rewards especially because the quest is so easy.

I really need help! I already finished the Mages' Guild quests and now I need a black soul gem for the daedric Vaermina quest and I can't find one anywhere. When I did the "Cheydinhal Reccomendation" quest a long time ago, the head of the guild hall took the black soul gems from me and said something about sending them to Traven. So does anyone know where to get another? PLEASE!!!

I finnished all the deadric quests, but no dude from the last shrine visits me and when I try to just talk to the shrine it says "you have not yet fallowed the path that this god requires" or whatever. and yeah, I've tried sleeping every freakin' where and waiting and all that crap. Nothing. any Ideas anyone?

I'm at Sanguine and the Countess never shows up! I talked to the guard in front of the door at like 11:00 Pm and everyone was there but her. P.S the best way to get in there is to make a spell that makes someone like you 100. (Its how i got it). I'VE WAIT A MONTH IN THAT GAME WAITING FOR HER BUT SHES NOT THERE!!! SHES NOT EVEN IN THE CASTLE!!!

ummm there is a huge problem... i'm doing the sanguine quest.

i got in i sdid the spell on the poeple yada yada i got arrested, then i went to jail,b ut i didn't want to go to jail

so i loaded the game agian, but i guess one person is not there.... the contress is the there, but

i guess this one wood elf wont get naked when i cast the spell, i cast it on hur 2 but yea.....

and then a messae says i have faild to coplete the quest or somthing i there another pesron supposted to be there

because i waited fo a long timeand no1 else acually shows up

except for f-en gaurds plz some help me this is the last shrine i need to do

I failed the sanguine quest and now i dont have it at all and when i talk to statue it says nothing, then i tried to do the spell again on guests but nothing happens anymore, any suggestions? my last save was hours ago....

i am currently 35th. lvl and this is my second try at completing the game.

the first time, i got as far as lvl. 38, then the game froze on loading.

after about two weeks of failure to get it to load i gave up and started all over.

anyway, i play on PS3. now reg. countess leyawiin in the Sanguin quest.

i had no problems my first time through the game. but the second time is another matter.

ive run into her traveling on the road on a few occaisions. but on one occaision i found what i think was her

fighting a spriggin in front of the stables just outside the city. well she was killed and i saw a legionare kill the spriggin.

i didnt put 2 and 2 together at the time. but when i did attemp the Sanguin mission a little latter. i waited for three frikin

days at the party, and neither she ot the count showed.

i visited EVERY room in the castle looking for her but couldnt find her. i did find the count, in their bed room however, but no countess. i figure the woman killed by the spriggin was the countess. i went back there th see if it was, but her corps had dissapeared.

ive noticed a lot of glitches in this game. but all in all, its a VERY INVOLVED and COMPLICATED game.

i wonder how long it took to creat?

BTW, its not necessary 2 charm the guard 2 get entry 2 the party.

just ware a nice set of cloths. the "emperors voice" spell is 2 weak and wouldnt work when i tryed it.

but a set of NICE THREADS will do the trick

wellll, i went back to an earlyer save point 2 try the Sanguin mission again,

on the dates suggested, the 17th, 18th, and 19th.

it was however after the fight between the countess and the spriggen, that i mentioned earlyer.

i stayed all three days but the countess never showed.

i have noticed that chance seems to come into play in a number of senarios in this game.

but thats just my opinion, i could be wrong.
